"I'm in
it for the covers, plain and simple. The artwork. The typography. The
titles. At present, I haven't read a single one of these little gems
in its entirety, and it's not just because the books might very well
disintegrate in my hands. I have little desire to read the books because
the text simply CANNOT live up to the the masterfully drawn female figures
and knowing glances by artists like Elaine or the outrageously over-the-top
paintings by Robert Bonfils or Eric Stanton, or even for that
matter the misshapen faces and laughable nipple-less breasts
created by nameless hacks of yesteryear. "

...Then she fell into
the clutches of a woman who gave her
semi-nude body very stern looks. - Silent Baboo Want more from a book cover? Try Madame Butch, Pagan Summer, or Dykes on Bikes--classic lesbian pulp. - As the shape of the sculpture took form under her hands, so did a relationship she never knew possible... a praying mantis arnold's pathetic love child waiting for a wink - hai-kukoo i've never seen such a perverse woman in all my days... - no nipples? |
